In a word – passion!

Initially, it was passion for the music, and the ability of modern technology to open it up to everybody. We wanted to share that passion and develop it. Especially amongst those members of the community who have the most to gain once they learn how to unleash their talents and creativity.

Since we started our series of course and workshops, we have experienced a new element to that passion. We have witnessed a significant improvement in our attendees’ sense of excitement, empowerment and well-being as the course progresses and the group learns to work together to perform their work at a live event.

That feeling is palpable, and it keeps us constantly motivated. Mentors and attendees alike. You can hear it in the sounds they create and the joy they experience. Every time.
