At Grooveschool we teach various elements of Music Production. 

As we use outboard gear we can also show the basic elements of sound engineering. Both of our creative studios are setup to do this. 

By using a combination of  hardware and software, this  helps pupils to gain hands-on knowledge. 

By using an outboard mixing desk users can understand the elements of what the engineer can do to make a mix sound good and a good mix sound great. 

With Music Technology being key to what we’re able to provide at Grooveschool, we’re forever exploring new instruments and avenues of creation. Our afterschool sessions incorporate use of lots of different drum machines and synthesisers as well as Digital Audio Workstations. 

At various sessions we host dawless jamming, doing away with the computer and focussing on using hardware multitrack recording devices to capture electronic music making.
