From a low-income family background Lewis 24, is part of our Youth Voice. Lewis learnt how to DJ at GS aged 12 and went on to perform at various local events we performed at as well as our own fundraisers. At 16 he managed to get on to a music production course at Westminster College. A continuation of his path after being introduced to Grooveschool. Lewis reminded us recently in discussions that one of Grooveschool’s greater qualities is that it offers a chance to learn something that when first starting you might not have known would be your immediate, short or long term future path.
