Studio Hire

Creative studio spaces for music, media and collaborative work in South London

Studio Hire

Grooveschool studios are occasionally available for creative hire, offering inspiring spaces for music, media and collaborative work.

Our studios are used daily for mentoring and education programmes, but we also open them up to artists, educators and community groups looking for high-quality creative environments.

Income from studio hire directly supports Grooveschool’s work with young people across London.

The Spaces

We offer access to two distinct studio environments in South London.

DJ Studio – The ArcHive (Brixton)
A professional DJ and livestream space designed for mixing, recording and performance. The studio is used for workshops, artist sessions and live broadcasts.

Recording Studio – LJ Works (Loughborough Junction)
A flexible music production and recording space used for beat-making, podcasting, songwriting and mentoring sessions.

Each space can be adapted depending on the session or project.

What You Can Use the Studios For

Our studios are suitable for a range of creative uses, including DJ practice, mix recording, music production sessions, podcast recording, creative workshops and collaborative projects.

We can also support sessions where required, depending on availability and setup.

Who It’s For

Studio hire is available to artists, producers, educators, community organisations and creative practitioners looking for a focused and well-equipped space.

We are particularly interested in working with people and organisations whose work aligns with creativity, learning and community.

Availability

Studio hire is offered around programme delivery and is subject to availability.

We aim to keep access flexible while prioritising our core mentoring work.
