Grooveschool delivers its work from two dedicated creative studio spaces in South London.
Our studios are more than places containing equipment. They are working creative environments where people learn through making, experimenting, collaborating and contributing to real projects.
Each space has its own focus, while together they support Grooveschool’s programmes, mentoring, productions and wider creative community.
Studio 3E – LJ Works, Loughborough Junction
Studio 3E is a dedicated space for DJing, music production, recording and creative mentoring.
Designed for practical, hands-on learning, the studio supports DJ practice, music production, recording, workshops and small-group creative sessions.
It is a working environment where participants can move from first experiments and supported sessions towards developing their own work, collaborating with others and taking greater creative responsibility.

The ArcHive Studio – International House, Brixton
The ArcHive is a flexible creative studio for podcasting, DJ livestreams, live jams, music production and digital media.
Designed around conversation, storytelling and collaborative production, it supports podcast recording, interviews, audio production, filming, meetings and small-scale creative projects.
The studio is home to Grooveschool productions including What’s Going On and provides opportunities for participants to experience real recording, interviewing, editing and media production.

Creative Spaces with Purpose
The environment is an important part of the Grooveschool approach.
Our studios provide welcoming, professional creative spaces where people can participate at different levels — from observing and experimenting for the first time to producing their own work, contributing to live projects and supporting others.
Both studios are used throughout the year for Grooveschool programmes, mentoring, productions and partnership projects.
They are also occasionally available for external creative and community use. Income from studio hire directly supports Grooveschool’s charitable work and helps widen access to creative opportunities.
